Terms and Conditions
- All VIP upgrades are at the discretion of the Casino
management and each applicant must show substantial activity, such as
deposits and wagering throughout their membership lifetime.
- A VIP is determined by substantial Casino
activity outside of 'Bonus play'. This means for example, if a member
only deposits and plays during Bonus hours AND wagers solely on low-risk games, this
would be considered as 'Bonus Play' and the member will not be eligible
for VIP status until the obvious playing patterns have been altered.
- Each VIP applicant is judged upon their own individual
membership activity and whilst there are no specific parameters set,
there is no guarantee of an upgrade. The reason there is no set
parameter figure is because, for example, one member may have deposited
£4,000 in his/her first two years but played only
£100 in the next 12 months whilst another applicant could
have deposited £500 each month of a four month tenure. The ratio
of activity would be higher with the newer member and he/she would get membership
priority.
- By joining the VIP club, each member is giving our VIP team permission to contact them regarding special VIP promotions and events. There is no third party involvement and VIPS will only be contacted about benefits and information relevant to them.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the VIP
membership at any given time at their discretion.
- In the event of any offer abuse being identified or
suspected by the Casino, management reserves the right to prohibit or
exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotion with
immediate notice and effect.
